What is UNO?

Invented by a barber who was simply trying to resolve an argument with his son about the rules of Crazy Eight, UNO became a popular card game where players attempt to get rid of all their cards by matching them with the color or number of the top card of the discard pile. 

Why UNO?

I honestly don't know. Since I never played UNO before 2019, I figured I'd buy a few funky ones to see what the game is about. From then on, I thought it would be funny to collect them as I kept seeing new versions pop up every time I went to the board games aisle.
